Amber Rich Grade "A" is the best all around maple flavor and what many people prefer and love. It is golden in color with a rich maple flavor. Perfect on your pancakes, waffles, crepes, and many more.

Our gallons and half gallons come in the three traditional varieties, Grade A Golden Color, Delicate Taste; Grade A Amber Color, Rich Taste ; and Grade A Dark Color, Robust Taste; Most people prefer Amber, rich taste for their pancakes but each grade has it’s own unique flavor! Golden Color, Delicate taste has a very smooth and mild flavor and it is used for making maple candies. Dark Color, Robust Taste has a stronger flavor and is good for using when cooking.
